Group Learning
Group education workshops designed for people to master how they manage with obesity or overweight, and make successful healthy changes.
Classes are offered to those who have been invited by Dr. Stafford or who have previously communicated with Elm Medical Clinic regarding registration.
The workshops are in series of three group sessions building the skill level to achieve:
- eating habits and patterns
- proper nutrition
- stress management
- dealing with emotions
- setting goals
- being active
